Saint Fritters

Ingredients:
10 oz. flour
salt
2 eggs
3 tsp sugar
3 tsp oil
1 bottle Petrus Triple Ale
Apples

How to prepare:
Sift flour.
Add Salt. sugar and egg yolks.
Pour oil and the Petrus Triple Ale.
Beat egg white until snow.
Stir eggwhite into dough.

Fruits:
Peel apples and take core out and cut slices of 1/2 inch thick.

Prepare:
Turn apple-slice on both sides into dough.
Fry in warm (doesn't need to be super hot) fat or oil.
Let oil drip off.

Serve:
traw powder sugar on the Saint Fritters. Serve warm.
